KUVALD – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KUVALD mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using KUVALD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.1. About KUVALD
KUVALD is a personal discipline and habit-tracking application designed to help you monitor your daily actions, view statistics, and work on your body, mind, finances, and status. Certain features (such as advanced analytics, AI coaching, weekly missions, or other premium tools) may only be available through a paid subscription (“Premium”).
KUVALD is not a medical, psychological, or financial service and does not provide professional advice. Any information or suggestions in the App are for informational and motivational purposes only.2. Eligibility
You may use KUVALD only if:
You are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to digital services), and
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using KUVALD on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their permission and that they have read and accepted these Terms.3. Your Account & Data
Depending on the version of the App, you may use KUVALD:
Without an account (data stored locally on your device), and/or
With an account or backup/sync option (if and when made available).
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your device and any login credentials;
Ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date;
All activity that occurs under your account or on your device.
If you believe there is any unauthorized use of your account or device, you should stop using the App and contact us as soon as possible.4. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Plan
4.1 Free Plan
KUVALD may offer a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time, with or without notice.
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, monthly or yearly) and is billed through:
Apple App Store (iOS), and/or
Google Play Store (Android),
depending on your device.
All prices, billing periods, and available plans are displayed inside the App or in the relevant app store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary based on region, currency, or promotions.
4.3 Trials and Promotions
From time to time we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or other promotional offers. The specific terms of any such offers (duration, pricing after the trial, etc.) will be shown in the App or in the app store when you subscribe.
If you do not cancel before the end of a trial period, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price.
4.4 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time via your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
After cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid billing period, and then your account will revert to the free plan (if available).
Because all payments and renewals are processed by the relevant app store, you must manage your subscription there, not inside KUVALD directly.
4.5 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or by the policies of the app store where you made the purchase.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact:
Apple Support (for iOS purchases), or
Google Play Support (for Android purchases),
and follow their refund procedures.5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use KUVALD for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers, including by introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any features related to security, access control, or subscription/paywall restrictions.
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm yourself or others.
Use the App in a way that infringes on any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Service.6. Health, Fitness & Lifestyle Disclaimer
KUVALD may provide ideas, suggestions, or prompts related to discipline, productivity, fitness, or lifestyle. You understand and agree that:
KUVALD does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or financial advice.
The App is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, therapy, coaching, or financial planning.
You should consult appropriate professionals before making changes to your health, training, diet, mental health, or finances.
You use any information in the App at your own risk.7. Intellectual Property
All content in KUVALD, including but not limited to logos, branding, design, text, graphics, icons, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
Use KUVALD’s branding, name, or logo without our prior written consent.8. Third-Party Services
KUVALD may integrate or interact with third-party services or tools (such as app stores, analytics providers, payment processors, or AI services). Your use of such third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party services.9. No Warranty
KUVALD is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability,
Fitness for a particular purpose,
Non-infringement, or
Availability, reliability, or accuracy of the App or any content.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will work on every device or operating system,
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free,
Any defects will be corrected, or
The results or progress you expect (such as specific life changes, income, physical results, or social outcomes) will actually occur.
You use KUVALD at your own risk.10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use KUVALD (including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress).
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium subscription during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount allowed under applicable law if higher.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.11. Changes to the App and to These Terms
We may:
Update or change features of KUVALD,
Add or remove functionalities,
Change pricing or subscription options, or
Discontinue part or all of the Service,
at any time, temporarily or permanently.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document and may provide additional notice where required (for example, inside the App).
Your continued use of KUVALD after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.12. Termination
You may stop using KUVALD at any time by deleting the App from your device. Terminating use of the App does not cancel your active subscription; you must cancel it via the app store as described above.
We may suspend or terminate your access to KUVALD at any time if we reasonably believe you:
Violated these Terms,
Misused the App, or
Pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will automatically end.13. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law where you live, these Terms and your use of KUVALD are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.14. Contact Us
